1. All orders are subject to stock and are not confirmed until we contact you to process payment.

2. A minimum quantity order applies to certain costumes.

3. We are happy to provide a mail order service on the basis that courier cost and risk is your responsibility.

4. Shipping cost will be a minimum of $7 or free on orders over 10 costumes. 

5.Delivery is usually within 10 working days.

6.We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure couriers are dispatched in adequate time to allow delivery by the time stipulated by you. However Totally Frocked Ltd does not warrant that the delivery will be made by that time and shall have no liability to you for late delivery.

7. You are responsible for all loss and damage occuring in transit.
